The Elkridge Heritage Society is pleased to announce our Grand Opening! Over the past year and half we have completed many needed renovations inside of the Brumbaugh House and right now are installing displays dedicated to Elkridge History! It has been a long road, and we really appreciate all who have supported us over the years, and we hope to see everyone on the 13th and show off what we have done, where this is just a start!

EHS has been quiet over the past few years, but with our renovations completed we are hoping to be able to host more events for our members and in turn we do need monetary support to upkeep the Brumbaugh house and continue our mission to build out more of the house as a museum dedicated to Elkridge.

The flyer below includes our schedule of events for the day starting with coffee with the board (and curator) as well as a ribbon cutting ceremony, and lunch.

PS. For those who donated to the Rita Chelton Memorial Fund, this will also be the day to come and see what your generosity bought us! We were able to purchase two display set-ups with the fund. One holds a display about the women including Mrs. Brumbaugh who sewed for the Red Cross. We are still deciding what to put in the other one. Come and see! –Tina B/Webmaster
