Dr Thomas J Woolridge Jr was connected to Elkridge (his father, Dr T J Woolridge Sr, also a physician, had property near Ducketts Lane). He interned at Provident Hospital in Baltimore. He graduated in 1950, and practiced medicine in Baltimore for 16 years. His sister Grace Burkett ran the Little Folks Camp on her father’s Elkridge property.
